Tuesday, January 5, 2016 - Despite this being a little shut down now, it's still drinking well. Pear, apple, apricot, and citrus with a touch of honey, plus a nice crispness from acidity and decent mineral notes. Not too sweet or too tart. A house favorite. My wife and I are hoping the 2007's eventually live up to their potential.
