Monday, April 20, 2015 - Weekly tasting group #164; A fully blind test. (@ SB): The bouquet shows red and dark forest fruits and some perfume. Same on the palate, some sweet spices, chocolate, menthol, good acidity but also sweetness. Good harmony.
