Saturday, April 11, 2015 - Big Blind Tasting at Behrens am Kai, Düsseldorf
Never drank before, very massive and concentrated Cal Cab. Pure Eucalyptus syrup. You think cassis and black currant are in the background. Tannins ripe, mighty and pleasable but needs a lot of air. 15,8% is well integrated. I like this style even it is a little bit overboarding. We will see what happens in the 5-10 years. 95-96
