Monday, November 4, 2013 - Read reviews. Thought this was going to be on the softer side, having reached or passed its peak. Bottle opened slowly but after an hour of air, came into its own. Tannins are mostly gone at this point but after that magic hour of air time, the fruit grew and was a really enjoyable cab.
