6/27/2015 6:24:00 AM - Oh, yes. The sommelier did that very thoroughly. The procedure lasted at least 5 min. Then he told us to whait a bit more... ! We couldn' t whait longer than 15 min. I would recommend you doing the same. Enjoy, its one of those wine experinces you never forget.
