Saturday, March 9, 2013 - Solid gold color. On the nose this has a surprisingly concentrated aroma of salted caramel and toast in addition to the expected honey and candied lemon notes. The concentration persist on the succulent palate, where it is joined by robust but pleasantly integrated acidity. In its entirety, this wine is viscous, lavish, forceful, and delicious. A pleasure now, but with ample time to continue maturing.
