Saturday, December 6, 2014 - Better than expected. A great wine indeed. Potential for another 15 to 20 years. The wine is crimson colored but very dense. legs are medium. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like a Burgundy inspired raspberry, cherry, forest floor, mushroom blend, light toast and clove. The body is medium/full. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.Will let the other bottles sleep for another 3 years.
