Sunday, February 20, 2011 - 90 might be a bit conservative but in fairness I popped/poured out of a cold cellar (53ish) and the wine just seemed in a deep slumber. The wine was smooth but there was virtually no aromatics-again probably the fault of the temp but such is life.
