Wednesday, December 30, 2015 - First time tasting a Quart de Chaume. A huge nose of honey, orange peel, dried apricot, baked apples and spice. This is very sweet but the sweet fruit, spices, some minerals are nicely balanced with acidity. Every sip is creamy and juicy with a long follow through! What a wonderful wine that in my opinion should age for at least 10 more years. We wish their was more in our cellar!
