Sunday, November 6, 2011 - Dark purple with excellent clarity. The nose was all fruit cobbler with a hint of musk. A complex palate. Dark mixed fruit and baking spices. Not as smooth as previous bottles, the acidity is slightly stronger than the fruit at this point. The tannins are smooth, but waning.

After one hour. The palate is much more integrated. The fruit and oak are wide open.
