Saturday, March 14, 2009 - Opened but not poured for one hour. Served with grilled chicken marinated in lemon, olive oil and fennel. Dark blackish red color and aromas of currant, dirt, kiersh. To me this is what a benchmark cabernet should be. Nice complexity, rich, and velvety. I am never disapointed by this brand and think it is a great value.
