Tuesday, June 30, 2015 - Really nice, classic Chablis with a vivid stony and saline mineral fragrance, and more understated flavours of tart citrus fruit, fennel, and faint floral notes beneath that keep developing with air. Light and precise on the palate with lively acidity, and good length.
