Sunday, December 9, 2012 - as suggested by bradfriedlander , this wine needs food ; did particularly well with pasta and a tasty creamy pecorino-mushroom-pancetta sauce , over its peak , but enjoyable with the dish , anyhow disappointing regarding the status of this wine
