Monday, October 17, 2011 - Strong aromas of dark fruits, spice, black pepper and earth. Well balanced tannins and nice acidity. Very open and nice finish. Served with lamb chops, redwine sauce, vegetables and fried potatoes. Surprisingly good pairing. Impressive wine.
