Monday, February 17, 2014 - Enjoyed with chicken alfredo. Still bright and clean. Rather dry with lemon-lime zest in front and a mild tart apple on the back. Yeastiness is subdued as this wine is starting its slow decline but should still be good for the next year or so. Needs to warm up a bit to regain a lot of the life that was there before upon opening but it is still there. This is a classic vintage for this winery.
