Wednesday, June 8, 2011 - PnP, very open from the outset. Beautiful purple color in the glass. A swirling blend of brine, dark berries, bacon and pepper on the nose, dark berries and spice dominated the palate. Silky mouthfeel and amazingly well balanced, no single element stuck out. Not a hint of the 15.5% ABV, which was tucked away nicely. Long finish. Another fine example of Krankl magic.
