Saturday, December 12, 2015 - US Wine Dinner with Friends (Paris Club - Chicago IL): Popped and poured, then consumed over a couple of hours. Ripe black cherry and plum, liqueur, cloves, allspice, black pepper, and background floral hints. Same flavor profile. Good structure and balance, particularly once open 15-30 minutes. Best taste was the last.
