Tuesday, July 27, 2010 - Tastes from Hezi's dinner at Ria (Ria Restaurant - Elysian Hotel, Chicago): Taste from Hezi's dinner at Ria. Deep rich dark crimson red color.
Nice prune aromas coupled with dark purple fruit, carmalized brown sugar, and tarry Band-Aid. Cinnamon, molasses and some light beefy aromas.
Palate is rich and high in glycerin. Sappy raisinated fruit with the same burnt caramel brown sugar play. Really well made and deliciously complete wine.
Very nice.
