Thursday, May 3, 2007 - Deep dark wine, tight tannic, black plum, cherry fruit, dark chocolate, cedar spice, toasted well integrated oak. This wine gained as it opened, and went very well with the food. Can use even more aging. Super wine for the money. Wish I had more. +pts
