Friday, January 31, 2003 - Tasted blind at Vintage Wines, Ltd. Bottle purchased at Costco the same day and provided by Diogo Belo. Opaque purple with purple rim. Intense, brambly nose with aromas of mint, cherry and currants. Medium-bodied on the palate, with medium, slightly coarse tannins. Similar flavors as for the nose. Medium finish.
