Wednesday, January 14, 2015 - Still improving with age.
The concentration of ripe dark fruit, spice, liquorice and charred oak described in earlier notes has intensified but remains in perfect balance with its capsicum green spine.
Good length and real complexity emerging. Probably at its peak with structure for another 3 years at this level. Excellent.
