Saturday, December 24, 2011 - popped and poured day 1, retasted on day 2. not blind. day one: nose again jumps from the glass. sweet spice, black fruit and nice earth. not hot at all. tannins there but well hidden. day 2: better overall. seemed richer in all aspects and the finish was longer. better fruit quality day 2.
