Friday, September 6, 2013 - Interesting. It was colder than I usually drink it but the nose was great with licorice, baking spices, and great cherry. The palate, however was muted. The texture was good enough to drink on its own merit as it glided over the tongue but the fruit was not there much. This needed air and to warm up but one of my table mass loved it so I let them have the remaining half bottle to see what it's like when it warms up a bit.
