Sunday, May 10, 2015 - A medium straw color. Aromas of lemon, mineral, vanilla and flowers. Think the wine is too cool because the nose wasn't giving up a lot. The palate is a different story with flavors of lemon pie, vanilla, papaya, star fruit and mineral. Ends with a lemon tinged finish that last about 25-30 seconds. Very nice wine but I think my expectations were kind of high.
