Friday, October 2, 2015 - Another terrific bottle of this, still going strong. I am a sucker for white Bordeaux, I love the savory-saline-marine notes along with the fruit. This one was classic and highly aromatic with vanilla bean, caraway seed, candle wax, celery soda, and fresh tarragon. Well balanced between fruit and acid, there's good weight and a fully resolved structure I would drink now or soon, don't risk this fading or the pox.
