Friday, July 24, 2015 - We put this into quick service without long decant but did a quick transfer to remove ample sediment. Did not take a written note but dark, fresh and satiny. An excellent bottle with good flavors and structure more elegance here than power. The wood has all been beautifully absorbed. In a beautiful place and should be sound for at least several more years.
