Tuesday, March 29, 2011 - Transparent ruby with lite/medium viscosity in the glass. Soft nose of black cherry, must and secondary cedar. Medium/lite bodied with soft red fruit and dusty tannin on the palate. I decided to pair it with spicy tacos where it showed an appealing acid structure and pop of cherry cola. Nice! Medium finish.
