Monday, June 7, 2010 - Light ruby color. Raspberry, cherry, earth, and a bit of pine on the nose. Light to medium body with very nice acidity and soft, ripe tannins. Impressive fruit and spice on the palate with tart berries and a bit of spicy oak with nice minerality in the background. Good length on the finish. Not your typical big, sappy California pinot. Very refined and elegant.
