Saturday, July 23, 2011 - Tasted immediately after opening. Translucent garnet in color. Mineral and red fruit nose. Tart and open with flavors of cherry, strawberry and spice. Light in texture. Burgundian in style and well done. Wish I had more than one bottle left.
