Thursday, August 16, 2012 - Bottle number 10 is the best bottle so far. The fellow who used the phrase "muddled fruit" was pretty accurate. The wine has gained some body over time and has settled down a bit by losing some its sour cherry profile. I'm going to wait a while for the next bottles.
