Wednesday, May 30, 2012 - Juicy. Settled in nicely after an hour+ of air. full-on blackberries which dominates but hints of pepper and decent concentration. The first sip right after opening was underwhelming so give it a bit of time. You would drain soooo many liters of this at a barbeque!
