Saturday, February 14, 2015 - The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are slow. There is moderate sediment in the bottle. It smells like black currant (cassis). After 3hours it smells licorice, earth and cheery. It tastes like licorice and juniper berry. The body is medium/full. The wine has coarse texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.
