Monday, July 27, 2015 - Pop and poured. Smooth palate of plums, cherry, smoke, meat, florals, and freshly cracked black pepper. An interested light note of fresh tomato (not stewed) and mango to add a little lift. Nose of pepper, smoked meat, violets, veggies, and tobacco ash. Intense pepper on the finish. Impeccably balanced. Life left but singing right now. Washed down some meatloaf nicely.
