Monday, August 17, 2015 - Next time we will eat this with some bloody lamb chops. Did OK with turkey burgers but this wine is a compliment to great beef. Smoke, cedar, plum blueberry jam. Great color good nose and a front palate finish. Tasting again over the next hour or 2, OK. Wife says now is a dry finish. Definitely a food wine. Drinking on its own is OK.
