Monday, September 28, 2015 - Good though slightly subdued nose. Moderate color. No browning on edges. Riper and lower in acidity than most Evsnstad. Long cherry/raspberry finish. Still holding together but probably past peak by my taste. Very nice but somewhat Cali in style for Oregon.
