Sunday, June 28, 2015 - Like the 2005, the 2007 PYCM Corton Charlemagne is aging very gracefully, offering up an attractive nose of lemon, green apple and wheat toast, framed by a gentle hint of oak vanilin. On the palate the wine is vibrant and zesty, with a nicely glossy textural profile, and ultimately a bit more refined and elegant than its somewhat more blowsy sibling the 2005. Nice juice.
