NB, this was after an eight-hour bottle decant, followed by an additional hour in a wide bottom decanter, and a pass through a Vinturi. A really great showing, but still seems like it's finding itself. If I wasn't lacking cellar space, I'd wait to consume these for another two years. A beautiful wine.
