Thursday, May 24, 2012 - Started to open up after 30 minutes. Very rich, deep purple color, bid/classic Calif cab nose - floral and aromatic.

Dark fruits, blackberry, tobacco. 20-30 second finish.

Still very big and a little hot, this bottle needed to soften tannins about. Drinking well, suspect it will improve with a few more years of age.
