Monday, April 11, 2011 - Decanted for 3hours and drank over 2 with Rib Eye and potato gratin. Great wine fior cutting through the big steak. needs a few more years but is drinking well now with plenty of time in the decanter. Slight bitterness in the aftertaste but that didn't stop me opening a second bottle 2 days later just to make sure (with different results..)
