Friday, July 6, 2007 - From a 375. Uncorked and aired in a glass. Brilliant dark garnet. Nose of cassis, smoke, earth , black grapes, and raw meat. Medium-bodied but full of red fruits and anise, with a glycerin-like sleekness. Lots held in reserve but extremely promising. Tannins still quite firm. Finish already very interesting. Hold for 4-plus years.
