Saturday, March 21, 2015 - Great bottle. As it opened up, there were jammy notes of bacon and roasted meat, plum and cassis. The wine was rich on the palate with distinct acidity and a long finish. Wine was entering it peak drinking window. Great stuff and I have one more bottle.
