The wine has lovely color, and a faint, fruity nose. Lots of fruit in the mouth, berry and citrus flavors. So much fruit, in fact, that it actually has a tinge of sweetness to it, although I doubt if there's much residual sugar present. This is offset by a fairly high degree of acidity, giving the wine some crispness. The finish is a bit disappointing, with a little bitterness coming through. Not outstanding, but decent enough, and at $4 a bottle, I may be drinking more of this.
