Saturday, February 3, 2007 - Y2 day in the Librije, Zwolle, Netherlands. (Yquem tasting) (De Librije, Zwolle, Netherlands.): Fairly light bouquet. The sweetness is the main ingredient. Some apple and white pepper in the taste. The aftertaste is shorter compared to the 1983 we drank before.
This is a beautiful but light weight Yquem.
