Friday, January 29, 2016 - Barolo and Burgundy dinner - 79 Cristal, 89 & 93 DRC Ech, 05 RSV, 10 Rousseau CdB and etc. (The Grill Room at Capella Hotel Georgetown): Strong Coche matchstick/flint, cool white fruits, saline and limestone. Exceptional purity, precision and balance. Great intensity but very fresh. It reminded me the Coche version but more linear as the fruit is cooler and not as opulent. I can drink this all night!
