Friday, July 3, 2015 - Dinner at Troisgros (Roanne, France): Popped and poured, this was stunning right out of the gate and remained at that wonderful level all evening. Ripe apple throughout with stone fruit flavors. Moderate spice. Sensational minerality and very integrated acidity. Very long.
