Sunday, May 11, 2014 - Lifted, frangrant nose with lime, stone, mint, pear and hazelnet. Lovely nose. Silky entry that turns to racy lime and lemon at mid that stains the palate with razor sharp acidity. Crazy fresh for its age. I would guess this as 5 years old at most, except for the fragrant bouquet. Beautiful. Finish goes on and on with citrus and mineral notes. Very electric.
