Wednesday, July 22, 2015 - Popped and poured. Paired with a New York steak. Amazing bottle of wine. This is hitting on all cylinders right now. The texture is like putting on silk pajamas and sliding into satin sheets. Soft and supple without any hint of flabbiness. Plenty of fruit on the palate, with notes of strawberry, red currant and cherry. Aromas of clove, cardamom and thyme that then shifted into charred meat. Just an all around WOW bottle.
