Saturday, September 20, 2014 - Wow wine! Nice light ruby color. Penetrating nose. Had some alcohol heat but blew off after a bit. Dark berries, black cherry, maybe some violet. And more of the same on palate with some roasted oak complementing the smoky cherry, herbs and bramble. Without looking would be stunned if this isn't mostly Grenache as that's what comes through. Loved this. Drinking great but decant an hour. Hope all my '07 CDPs are this good!
