Thursday, February 21, 2013 - TTTG Blind (very brief notes): Tasted blind alongside a Breton, it announced itself as a very non-traditional, relatively low-acid Cab Franc. Round, silky palate, medium to full bodied, plenty of tannin. Quite fruit forward, but with characteristic greenness. Why did Ridge stop making this? It is still developing, but the fruit is likely fading, so time to drink depends on how you like your Cab Franc.
