Monday, July 27, 2015 - Decanted 30 minutes. Delicate nose. I don't think fruit is primary on the nose. Vanilla, butterscotch and cured meats. Some cranberry, underripe cherry and a bit of red apple. On taste, the fruit is primary. Cranberry, tangerine and blood orange. Some leather, tobacco and caramel. Medium plus acidity, Medium finish, medium plus complexity. This is a fantastic wine.
